Touching Water

Living on a boat on the Salish Sea and spending time by the beaches of the Pacific Ocean has given me the opportunity to observe the changing light and activity at different times of the day and year. I am aware of the desire to live on the edge, connect with the water, to be on top of it as on a pier or boat, to walk and play by the shore and to be in water. It has provided me a newfound awe and at times fear of these bodies of water.
